Message from Rachel and Lucy...

 

We've merged our two companies and we now be hosting all our retreats and trainings under our sister company The Whole Health Project.

​

After a whirlwind 2.5 years since The Pineapple House had to close (thanks COVID!) and some big personal life changes, Rachel and I (Lucy, hi!) have decided to merge The Pineapple House with The Whole Health Project into one company.  

​

This means that you'll get all the information and inspiration you need about our online teacher trainings, in person retreats and in person trainings at The Whole Health Project.

​

This includes our Online 25 Hr Breath Coach Training, Online 50 Hr Yin Yoga Teacher Trainings, Online 25 Hour Meditation Teacher Training and our 3 Month Mastermind Program for ambitious coaches and healers who want to create more impact and abundance with their business.

Here’s what a typical day at
The Pineapple House looks like...

    
Rise and Shine

 

  • Wake up in your quiet room to take in the peace of sunrise in our boho chic villa..

​

Morning

​

  • Sip on good coffee and polish off a nourishing breakfast to kick start your day 

  • Plan your day: Take your pick of island adventures or stay close by for yoga and surfing.

​Afternoon

  • Head out for surf lessons from an expert or take a friendly surf guide to help you to pick your waves         

  • Take an afternoon nap, relax with your favourite book or explore some of Canggu's famously delicious cafes

Sunset
 

  • Learn Yoga from an experienced teacher, or do your own private practise in our beautiful shared villa

  • Logistics: We help you to plan your transport if you’re going out, or schedule your spa, therapy or bodywork treatment sessions.  

  • Do a guided meditation with our evening yoga class or take a walk on the beach as the sun sets.

With only 5 private, ensuite rooms, The Pineapple House is a truly exclusive and boutique retreat. Each room is uniquely decorated with love and are styled boho-chic to inspire you during your stay. We have two cool swimming pools for you to enjoy and plenty of beanbags, sofas and day beds to lounge on when you're not out on your adventures!

ENJOY THE RIDE: All Love, No Judgement 

There’s nothing worse than going to a place that’s famous for yoga and surfing when you don’t feel confident! This is why we’ve created a no judgement atmosphere where the teachers will craft surf and yoga lessons to suit your experience and your energy levels each day.

If you’ve surfed before we’ll help you to fine tune your style with expert tuition. If you don’t have all the moves yet, we’ll work with you in the water (and on the yoga mat!) to help you catch your first waves.   Back at our villa we'll also help you discover how yoga can help balance your body and mind.
